I am currently a UX Lead (VP) at JP Morgan Chase in New York City. My responsibilities include implementing and optimizing user experience for digital marketing properties.
I have been fortunate to work on various significant projects for companies like Telefonica Innovation, Hewlett Packard, P&G, Creative Morning, Kellogg, Spotify, Airbnb, Samsung, Nestle, DIAGEO, Hershey, etc., through Design.
My background is in integral design, and I have furthered my skill set by obtaining a Master's degree in "Research for Design and Innovation" from ELISAVA. Additionally, I have completed various design courses at SVA and The Fountain Institute. These educational opportunities have provided me with a wider perspective on addressing innovation with a focus on human-centered design.
I have experience working on innovation applied to products and services, which has exposed me to every phase of the design process from the beginning to the end. My main responsibilities have been research, ideation, prototyping, and translating designs into implementation guidelines. Throughout this process, I have utilized a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods to make important design decisions. I believe my education and background have equipped me to be a successful Product Design Lead.
My lifelong goal is to gain insight into human behavior through design research. I also strive to create innovative and creative solutions that can improve people’s lives. I seek to join a team working on innovative projects and collaborate with talented individuals.
