I use Design Thinking to develop and deliver innovative ideas, change, and solutions to complicated problems. It is an activity-based process with a strong emphasis on teamwork and co-creation. I like to be inspired and challenged, to ‘learn-by-doing’ and I can creative problem solving to help companies.

  1. Goal Definition.

Starting with a solid strategy to gather data is crucial during the discovery phase. This phase also allows us to better understand and empathize with users to uncover unmet needs.

2. Re-frame Opportunity

In this phase, I aim to find the user’s pat’ patterns and gain insights into their behaviors. Questioning assumptions, framing the POV, and defining the scope is important.

3. Ideation

This is the time to experiment, explore new possibilities, and co-create in diverse teams. In this process phase, it is important to make the ideas visible on any medium. I like to start sketching on paper or digital boards.

4. Evaluation

After proposing ideas, it is important to evaluate their desirability, feasibility, and viability, as well as analyze their constraints. Testing the proposed services or products with users is crucial to gain insights which can be used to refine the ideas. This iterative process of refining and testing should be repeated until the proposed ideas meet the desired standards.

5. Delivery

The delivery phase of a project can have varied outcomes. Depending on the nature of the project, the insights gained during the research phase may be translated into a tangible product or used to create a style guide. In cases where the project is research-oriented, the findings are typically translated into a report shared with the clients to help them make informed decisions based on the research.
